After reading many recipes for teriyaki marinade on the internet, I made this recipe because I had all these ingredients in my cupboard. Sodium can be lowered by using now sodium soy sauce or Tamari.
Be careful...the longer this sits in the fridge the hotter it gets... so yummy and so easy!
Looking for something healthy with a little sugar and a little salt, this is it!

The best spanish rice I have ever had! My family and I like Jasmine rice the best, we like the thick, sticky texture. If you dont, please substitute long grain rice-the calories will be the same
