This is straight off the Jiffy box . Three 7" waffles or 10 -12 pancakes. I use it with other recipes that I've designed to be a little healthier for grandson-- see recipe box.
We are allergic to Wheat Flour, so here is a recipe using Quinoa Flour, or Brown Rice Flour can be used 1/2 and 1/2
I've found a lot of gluten free quick bread recipes but they tend to be a bit too egg-y for me. This still contains quite a few eggs to still hold the loaf together, but the honey and reduced salt makes it taste less like an omelet!
Note, this is also dairy free!

This cranberry vinaigrette is beautiful and tastes wonderful. This is a lightened up version of the original recipe. I figured it makes 16 servings of 2 Tbs.
