These roasted chickpeas are my answer to those times that I need something salty. They can be made with or without salt, and with or without oil, though that will change the nutritional info.

That Biggest Loser Protein powder is very nutritious but making it according to package directions does not taste good! Try adding a little bit of OJ and half a banana for a satisfying shake full of protein and fiber for about 180 calories!

I'm still creating this recipe to make it more healthy. Since the family thought this turned out well, I'm going to tackle adding more fiber and reducing sugar amounts next.
