Mediterranean Tomato Soup...yummy, healthy, and lo-cal. I know the bread in it sounds strange but it's filling and soooo yummy.
All the goodness of Paella Marinara in a bowl, complete with tons of garlic, veggies, brown rice and lean seafood. Yields about 6 1/2 cups total, and 1 1/2 cups per serving.

This is not difficult to prepare. I like to get the ingredients all at hand first, then use them in the sequence so it is done in minutes. For this one in particular, I used 1/2 lb leftover of a beef roast that I shredded instead of fresh beef chuck. The final result was delicious!
Whole wheat cake with non fat yogurt, olive oil and nuts. Great for lowering cholesterol levels.
