The measurement for the seasonings are NOT dead on. All I can say is that it was yummy and I am quite confident that you can tweak this to make it all yours. I don't like to use fat free cheese to compromise taste and add sodium, but it's all up to you. The pumpkin adds creaminess to this dish, so I wouldn't take it out. Trust me, you barely taste it.
