This is a Better Homes & Garden recipe. Their recipe states that it is 244 caloris per 3 oz chicken and 2 tbsp of sauce; however, when entered into Sparkpeople it calculates it a little higher. Just use best judgement....

I got this recipe from Weight Watchers and my family absolutely loves it. Tastes like true bbq sauce, the longer you cook it, the thicker the sauce gets.
94 mg sodium per serving. Serves 10, 1 cup servings. The vinegar really give this good tang and the fruit adds the sweetness.
