Peach Sauce Recipes

This recipe uses canned peaches so that you don't have to spend so much time preparing the fruit.

White peach, strawberry, banana

Adapted slightly from Brown Eggs and Jam Jars by Aimée Wimbush-Bourque, this sauce combines the sweetness of roasted, fresh peaches with Vidalia onions and exotic black garlic. A touch of smoked paprika adds true BBQ nuances too!

I made this to go with waffles, but it would be delicious on ice cream, pancakes, or really anything looking for something sweet! Mine ended up a lovely peach shade, with red flecks from the peach peel.
