For a quick, healthy, 4.4 carb sweet craving fix this is wonderful! Thank you for sharing. I grind my own flaxseed for meal in a coffee mill as I need it as it goes rancid rather quickly and tastes absolutely awful.
This was grainy and bitter. Too expensive in money and calories to be worth it.
