Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was really good, I added a cup of fat free sour cream just a few minutes before I added the noodles. Delicious, will make this again!
Excellent home made recipe. Can't believe i can make this from scratch at home and keep it healthy. We changed the all purpose flour to whole wheat and added more spices once all was ready as it was a little bland. I recommend more salt and taragon... Delicious!
I added a 1/4 cup of fat free sour cream at the end of the cooking process. With or without the sour cream it was wonderful thank you for the recipe. My picky 7 year old loved it also
I make something like this, but I leave the flour out, the mushrooms, worcestershire sauce, and don't use this much salt. I ,sometimes, use cut-up lean beef roast, for the meat. Delicious.
Made this last night. I used wheat egg noodles. Didn't have any mushrooms, so I used a can of mushroom soup also added about 2 tbls of fat free sour cream. It was very good. Hubby liked it too. Good enough to have again. Makes enough for left overs.
This was good. I added a couple of tbsp of fat free sour cream at the end. I also used Emeril's Essence to season the beef which kicked it up a notch.
