I also add boccocini fresh mozzarella balls. To cut calories for dressing, I use bottled fat free low sodium zesty italian dressing, with pepper. It tastes just as good!! 2nd pic uploaded was my version!!!
Loved the recipe, but where is the 593 mg of salt coming from..Yikes... is it from the 1 tsp of salt added. I don't add any salt, just some grated garlic and it is great. I can only give it three stars because of the salt. Otherwise, it would be 5.
I used 1/4 cup lemon(also made with lime- just as good!) and 2 Tbls olive oil for that amount of salt and pepper. Adding fresh mint or cilantro is also very good!
