I also love this recipe! To cut a few calories I use a pound of ground chicken, sub in coconut milk and cut the breadcrumbs to a heaping 1/8 cup. I also use fresh cut onions because I love the flavor!
This is one of my favorite recipes. Easy to make and relatively low in calories.
