Easy Kangaroo Tagine

Beef can be substituted for kangaroo in this recipe.
This can either be cooked in the oven in a covered casserole dish, or on the stove top at a very slow simmer, in a saucepan with a tightly fitting lid.
It makes a complete meal if some steamed rice or potato is added to it on dishing up.
