Turkey Italian Meatballs Recipes

This rich and hearty soup is perfect for a Fall meal. The consistency is similar to a risotto, though much lower in fat.

Using frozen meatballs makes this a simpler weeknight soup option; we like the Italian turkey meatballs from Trader Joe's .

This recipe also works well with lean ground beef or venison.

Turkey Meatballs

Affectionately called by my boyfriend, "Turkey Balls," these are a good (and cheaper!) alternative to beef meatballs.

Great to use plain or with Mariara or Sweet & Sour Sauce

Great alternative to traditional meatballs or Italian sausage. Add to your favorite Italian dish: spaghetti, meatball sandwiches, etc. The possibilities are endless!

These are great however you serve them.

This was passed on by my Italian friend. You cannot tell that these are made with extra lean turkey/meat combo--they are so delicious. They go a long way! This week I used them to make spaghetti for five people, meatball subs and meatball soup and still have a bunch left over.
