Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This bread is absolutely phenomenal!!! I must admit that I didn't have any Splenda or applesauce on hand. Also only had 1 egg. I used 1/2c sugar, the equivalent amount of mango instead of applesauce, and 1 whole egg. I upped the amount of baking soda & added 1/4tsp baking powder to help it rise.
