Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used 2 cups flour, 1 1/8 cups quick oats. Splenda in place of sugar and a touch more cinnamon. Very good flavor. I may try adding vanilla extract or even using yogurt in place of the applesauce.
Instead of using all flour, I did half flour and half quick oats. I also used a bit more sugar and cinnamon. I added a glaze on top of powdered sugar, milk, and strawberries. Very good.
