This dish was really good. I used to make a variation of this casserole for the holidays. It was loaded with fat-butter, cheese, mayo. This was better. The only thing I would do differently is chop up my broccoli more. My pieces were too chunky. Thanks for sharing your recipe!
I used to make broccoli caserole for the holiday dinners. I am happy to see a low calorie version here. I am going to try this tonight for dinner and omit the butter. I am also sending this recipe to my daughter
I made this tonight and used a bag of stir-fry veggies, drained and reduced-fat cheese nips for the topping. It was pretty yummy!
