Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was a great recipe! I made this twice. Each time I made one cake (half the ingred). The first time I followed the recipe exactly as written. It was good but I felt a flavor was missing. The next time I made it, I added fat free vanilla pudding cups (2) and it almost taste as good as Entemann's!
I think I'm going to try this recipe tonight except replace the sugar with Splenda or Sugar/Splenda blend. I might even try Smart Balance in place of butter just to test it out.
