Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I made many additions of vegetables (onions, mushroom, carrots, sweet potatoes, zucchini, potatoes -- all chopped finely). I also used soup powder for salt and flavor. I only had one cup of lentils, but the soup was amazing. Browned onions first, in the crockpot overnight and had it for lunch.
