The 1/4 cup flour didn't come up on the nutrition count/says 0. These are very nice muffins with the banana sweet enough, especially if it is very ripe. I add unsweetened applesauce, nonfat greek yogurt or even apple or pumpkin butter for the oil. Like mix of grains.
