Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Delicious chowder. I did add 1/4 cup chicken stock when sauteing the onions and celery and added another 1/3 cup of stock after boiling the potatoes. For a few extra calories it adds a lot of bang for the buck. Much richer flavor. The instant mashed potatoes make it so creamy. Will make again. Yum!
