Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This recipe is exactly like the one my daughter makes BUT she makes 2 pies out of all these ingredients. 2, not 1. And each pie has 6 servings so you might want to adjust this recipe in your nutrition tracker.
I enjoyed this very much. When making it, I used what was on hand, so I used chicken instead of beef, left out the cottage cheese and put in a layer of gouda cheese, and added some garlic salt on the "crust" edge of the pie - YUM!
Very good, and the whole family enjoyed it - definitely doesn't taste like "diet" food! I cut out the butter/margarine by adding a few squirts of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray, and it tasted just fine. Also used fat free cottage cheese.
