OMG! This was awesome!!! I added some freshly grated ginger root and water chestnuts, doubled the sauce (except for the cornstarch and brown sugar) and served over brown rice. Rivals the local Chinese restaurant! Thank you sooo much for this recipe! DEFINITELY a keeper!! And all under 400 calories!
