Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I substituted a large sweet potato for the pumpkin and brown sugar for the white. Then I baked in plastic muffin moulds for 12 minutes. Fantastic! A 5 star rating for certain.
These were very good. I substituted apple sauce for the oil. I found them a bit sweet, so will use brown or demera sugar next time and reduce it to 3/4 cup.
Is it correct that the amount of sodium per serving is over9,000mg? if so, this recipe is definitely not healthy!
