Excellent Soup! When you make your own broth without salt, the sodium comes down to about 100 mg per cup. I lessened the oil and added carrot and red pepper (instead of rice) to make a little lower in fat and carbs. I put chili paste and sriracha sauce on the table for the heat lovers. Thanks!
