Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Loved it! Felt like I got a large portion for the calories! Also used yolk free egg noodles.
Creamy, rich, and delicious without being full of fat and calories! I really enjoyed this dish!
Very good. Even my husband who hates anything that resembles gravy, liked it! I made it with whole wheat egg noodles, and low fat cream of mushroom.
This was a very tasty stroganoff and way more healthy than the traditonal version. And since stoganoff is one of my favorites I was very excited to find a lower fat and healthier version. It is also very easy to make in a pinch.
