Excellent! I didn't use salt or pepper & omitted the ginger because we don't care for it. I also used olive oil because that's all I had. Thank you for such a wonderful recipe! (when 2x recipe, don't double soy sauce. It becomes too salty) try using 7 or 8 T tab. but increase sweet cuz 2 salty
This was fabulous! I've made it twice now and my family loves it! The first time I made it with pork tenderloin chunks - to die for! The second time I used chicken - Just as yummy. I added water chestnuts, red and yellow bell peppers and sugar snap peas to it. powdered Ginger works fine too.
