I just tried this. Variation: I used 1 cup sugar-free almond milk and 2 cups of water. I also added a splash of vanilla extract as others have here. I put four drops of Sucralose sweetener because the cantaloupe was diluted. It was quite good and I would make this again. Thank you!
I just made this and it is so good! next time I think I will Use a protein drink instead of milk.
very very good. I added a tsp of peanut butter to get extra proteins.
I have been making this for years...ever since I had it on the street in Mexico. I don't add any sugar or sweeteners because usually the fruit is sweet enough.
I also have not added water or ice cubes but will try it next time.
