Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This is so delicious!! Thank you very much for the recipe!!!! Like others, the nutritional breakdown didn't work for me. So I entered the ingred in the recipe calculator. I saved the breakdown in the nutritional database. The food is listed as Grapefruit salad recipe Updated Nutrition.
Any suggestions to add proteins (vegetarian or fish)? This sounds like an amazing salad but its protein amount is lower than what I am suppose to take.
Thanks! :)
It looks like the dressing is being double counted under the nutritional breakdown. There are 39 calories/serving for "olive oil" and then another 23 calories/serving for "oil and vinegar salad dressing". Not a big dicrepancy, but it does throw off the total caloric info and total fat.
I'm wondering where the 125.8 calorie count comes from? It seems high for lettuce & grapefruit
a dream of dish . not fattening and taste great . balsamic vinegar makes a nice touch .
*sad face*
I can't eat grapefruit because of a certain medication....will have to try with clementines or other. Great & easy recipe for us to work with to make it fit into our own nutrition needs! Mahalo! ...and I happen to have 3 scallops & an avo in the fridge...smiles!
iam indian looking forindian food calories please no beef andp
Sounds good! I'd add some sliced avocado and skip the bread because of my low carb approach. (plus, I don't eat wheat.)
