Again, reduce salt, excellent soup and very filling. I ate one serving at noon and was not hungry again until dinner at five. This recipe makes a lot of soup, no need to double the recipe. I will make this soup again. I had a hard time finding pigeon peas/beans, canned in the Caribbean section.
