Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was very good, a great alternative. Used 1lb of ground turkey, lowfat cottage cheese and doubled the garlic powder because we love our garlic. I will definitely make again.
Just made it. The smell is great. Let's face it. It isn't "real" lasanga (with pasta), but it is a really good alternative. For someone who hasn't eaten a lot of pasta lately (or for someone who can't) this recipe is wonderful. I used the nonfat cheeses-not as good as real, but it works.
