it needed more flavor...salt and peper alone was just not cutting it. I added some low sodium soy sauce (1/8th cup), teriyaki sauce (1/8th cup) and some white miso paste (1/4th cup).....mmmmm miso kale soup!!!! it is a five star fab now!
