Nutrition & Calorie Comments

These were ok. Mine did not crisp up and were soggy. Note that the nutrition facts say 3 servings and the recipe says 2 servings.
Taste great on salad with fat free ranch dressing. I will make this again!
I am addicted to these. I made them for an office party and everyone loved them. i used wheat matso meal instead of breadcrumbs and I made a lowfat dip with plain yogurt and the dry pack of ranch dressing.
this recipe was excellent, I've been craving wings but refused to waste my calories what a great exchange
I haven't tried them yet, but when I do, I'm going to substitute CarbQuik for the bread crumbs.
This recipe was excellent, but I found I needed more than 22 grams of bread crumbs to cover the chicken. I needed about 70 grams to cover 8 ounces of chicken. This raised the calorie content a bit, but it was still within my acceptable range and tasted amazing.
soooooooo good, keep these in my fridge all the time...have for lunch with a salad almost everyday with fat free ranch..omg!! YUMMY!!!
YUMMY! Put these on a bed of lettuce with non-fat blue cheese dressing for a buffalo chicken salad. Served with celery sticks. Both my husband and I loved it!
This made for a very good meal - fairly quick to put together and quite tasty. The only thing I would change is the portion size - even if it's doubled it's still only ~260 calories, which is decent for a main dish.

Thanks for the great Sunday dinner!

If you ever wonder about the nutrition facts, they are right of the recipe.
This is awesome!!! We love hot wings and I had been craving them. This was so good, it's hard to believe it is healthy. I like mine extra spicy, so I let the chicken soak in the hot sauce in the refridgerator for a few hours. I served it with a homemade low-fat blue cheese dressing. Delicious
I use chicken tenders, and marinate them in the hotsauce; then saute them up in olive oil sprayed pan, and serve with a low fat homeade blue cheese dressing; no crumbs at all; my boys love em.
