This is also the only version of "slaw" I will eat, too! My variations: I use chopped pecans instead of almonds, sunflower nuts for sesame, cider vinegar (will try the rice though!) Also- instead of sugar or splenda, I've started using Agave Nectar- HEAVENLY! (Find it in the baking sec. @ grocery!)
