Something is not quite right in the proportions of the roux. Perhaps less flour is needed. This is more like cream of mushroom soup in texture. I second monsyd2 on the salt and pepper.
It was good, but definitely need to add some salt and pepper. It went great with a spinach salad. Thanks!
