This is really yummy and has protein in it.
Super easy, and very tasty, I used Trader Joe's lightly salted and roasted almonds and coconut oil. This is delicious, I may never buy almond butter again.

This is very tasty. I roasted the almonds after spraying them with a little butter spray, sea salt ,cinnamon and sugar. I then processed 1 cup of almonds with the 1/4 tsp sea salt, added the canola oil, atleast 2 tbsp for me, more cinnamon-sugar mix, some organic honey. Halved the mix, +tsp allspice
