Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was very easy and quick to make. We did like it, but ended up adding quite a bit of salt and pepper. The flavor was good, it just wasn't very strong.
Low calorie low sodium
I used fresh thyme instead of dried. Will make again, wth some tweaks, because it definitely needed something. I'm thinking adding salt, pepper, and fresh thyme in the chicken marinade, and shallots to the mushrooms would fix this right up. I served over mushroom risotto and grilled asparagus.
Fast and easy. It was missing something. It not a salty dish that we are uses to. But very good. I have made it twice.
Finally--a great low carb dish!
Step three above says "heat remaining teaspoon of oil..." but there is no oil mentioned in the ingredients, and none calculated in the calories.
This was good...but, it needed something. I added some white wine to the sauted mushrooms w/ the broth. Next time, I will try adding thyme and salt to the chicken marinade and maybe some onions to the sauted mushrooms.
