Thanks for sharing this recipe, it's so healthy and filling! Adding avocado to a Caprese Salad was an awesome idea as I've been trying to increase alkaline food intake. Also, I don't need the added sugars in balsamic but this still tastes great without it. This is now one of my favorite salads.
