I love Olive Garden's Chicken Scampi, too, so this recipe caught my eye. I have been looking for a way to try spaghetti squash, as I love pasta but want to stay away from the carbs. This recipe was really tasty. It all melds together so well, I never missed the pasta! My husband loved it too!
