I make this with the Activia Strawberry Banana yogurt cups and less banana, about 3/4 cup frozen chopped pieces. I have it for breakfast every morning, but my calorie calculations bring it closer to 250 calories.
I used water instead of milk and added protein powder.
Did chocolate once and that was really good.
Great breakfast or snack. I think I would add protein powder to increase my portein and fiber intake.
