Love this idea. For those who have a problem with it setting up try adding 1 or 2 tsp of Instant Clearjel, stir it together with the sugar, then follow the rest of the directions. It does not require heat to thicken, & is a form of modified corn starch.
This was really good. I used soy milk instead of 1% milk and fat free plain yogurt instead of lowfat. I will definitely be making this again.
This sounds delicious...also I've been searching for low fat/high calorie snacks and this will be perfect!
Love this! It's easy to make and tastes great. I use nonfat yogurt, so it doesn't set up quite as much. Instead of serving it as mousse, I serve it as a dip with fruit or honey graham cracker sticks. I have tried it with my family and Bible study group. Everyone asked for the recipe.
