Looks like alot of carbs, but good fiber
sounds good, but the calories are a bit MUCH for one serving!
This is interesting but the pasta is totally out of line. 1 cup of uncooked pasta yields 2 cups of cooked pasta. This would drastically lower the calorie and carb numbers. Otherwise a tasty meal.
