Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I used spinach instead of broccoli and real eggs. Next time I will use the egg beaters and maybe add a dash of cayenne. I can't get over how much food you get for the amount of calories!
I really liked the texture of this quiche... very light and fluffy. I added mushrooms. It could use a little more flavour, so I may add more salt/spices next time. But overall, very good and I'll make again.
I substituted peppers, onions and sun dried tomatoes for the broccoli and added a few herbs and a good dose of garlic but this was phenomenal for the calorie content- great for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Delicious, cant believe how tasty this quiche for the calories.

I use real eggs (Good cholesterol and Iron) , Olive Oil (Good Fats) and Whole Wheat Flour for my quiches.

As a French, I like to make my Quiches with Leeks or the Traditional Ham and Cheese, but I have never tried Broccolis. It sounds like a great idea! Thanks for sharing! :-)
