I made this today and love it! I ate it in a tortilla wrap and it was delicious. :) I didn't add any salt, used Miracle Whip instead of Mayo, and put a shake or two of pepper in it.
I thought this was a refreshing salad. I use fat free mayo and it worked fine. I would make it again and eat it alone or maybe in a wrap with mozzerella cheese.
