very good. I used fresh garlic and added tomato sauce to the bottom of the baking dish. It made a nice sauce to put on the top of the pepper when it was done. By the way, there isn't any cheese listed in the ingredients and it was great without it! I guess I can take calories off, right?
I use ground turkey breast instead of ground turkey to cut down on the fat
Imade the recipe as follows, and then I put fat free sour cream, and a little bit of salsa on top - that made it aweome!!
