My breakfast.....but I use less brown sugar.
I love this brown sugar and cinnamon oatmeal recipe!
I use monk fruit and maybe a 1/2 teaspoon vanilla too. very good. Peanut butter goes with everything in my opinion. to save calories I use PB2 as I really like peanut butter!
I'll stick with cow's milk and the added Vitamin D.
