Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I added garlic, a bay leaf, thyme and salt and pepper--yummy!
This was great! I used low sodium vegetable broth instead of water. I also sauted onions, garlic, peppers, broccoli, and cauliflower and then at the end tossed in a diced tomato. VERY filling and went great with a smoked pork roast. Yum.
