Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I lowered the sodium content by using lower sodium beans, tomatoes and taco seasoning and the fat by using 94/6 ground beef. This is my favorite soup. Submitted by:

going grocery shopping tomorrow so I have just added creamed corn to my list. Now if I can find a low sodium creamed corn, I will purchase it and just use ground turkey instead of beef. If not, I think I will try it without the corn at all. Also going to use homemade taco seasoning. Submitted by:

Good soup with less calories when you make it yourself. A friend had provided me with a similar recipe with frozen vegetables and not the duo combination of beans. I love beans and this was right on time for the cool days we've been having! Oh, yeah! Submitted by:
