Pretty tasty; probably better with the cheese and tortilla strips, but I left those off to save calories. Made it for company, and it got a "thumbs up" all around. And, hey -- it's a crockpot creation. You can't argue with the ease and deliciousness of that!
This recipe was so good! I've made this recipe several times! To add a little more vitamins and stretch it out some, I added some diced carrots, squash, and zuccini. Very hearty and tasty! My two year old son (who is such a picky eater!) just ate it up and even asked for more! That's a first!
