Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Very enjoyable, was pleasantly surprised that something creamy could be low carb
Tasty, but 500 calories is way too many for a 1/2 cup serving with no other parts to the meal, add some potatoes, rice or noodles and a veggie and it will be about 700-800 calories for the meal, more then half of the calories for the day, I can see places it could be cut back plus add more mushrooms
Loved it, would have given it 5 stars but I used a bit less dressing in recipe, otherwise a little too strong for my taste. My husband loves it and he is not low carb dieting! I just make him a bit of rice or mashed potatoes to go with!
Very good. Very easy. I did not add the cream of chicken soup however (too processed for me). If I wasn't low carbing, this would be excellent over mashed potatoes.
I've just started a lower-carb diet, and am trying out new recipes. I tried this last night. IT WAS SO, SO GOOD. So easy, so satisfying, just great. I served it over pureed cauliflower, with stir fry vegetables. I will be making this often. Thanks so much for a FABULOUS recipe!
