I added 1/2 can of diced tomatoes, and about a quarter cup fresh diced tomato (leftover from lunch) and did NOT add any brown sugar. It was sweet enough from the ketsup. The whole family liked this, and it's easier to make than my other recipe!
Lots of sugar in this recipe - I'd like to play with it a little & maybe use crushed tomato & Splenda.
